...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow showers. Additional snow accumulations of a dusting to an inch with locally up to 2 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of the Klamath Basin including Highway 97 from Modoc Point through Crescent, and portions of Highway 140 east of Bly and east of Lakeview.

* WHEN...Through 10 PM PST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be slow and difficult. Visibilities may be reduced by occasional blowing snow in exposed areas where winds are stronger.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING ABOVE 2000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow showers. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, with the highest amounts above 4000 feet.

* WHERE...Western Siskiyou County including the higher portions of Highway 96, Highway 3, and Sawyers Bar Road. This includes the cities of Klamath River, Hilt and Etna.

* WHEN...Through 10 PM PST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be slow and difficult with areas of snow-covered roads. Wet, untreated surfaces could become icy as temperatures fall below freezing.

Frost Advisory

Areas Affected: Curry County Coast; South Central Oregon Coast

NWS Medford (Southwest Oregon and Northern California)

...FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 8 AM PST THURSDAY... The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Frost Advisory...which is in effect from 2 AM to 8 AM PST Thursday.

* Temperature...Lowering to 33 to 36 tonight and early Thursday morning. Locally temperatures dip to freezing early Thursday morning. Areas inland of the immediate coast may see temperatures lower into the lower 30s.

* Locations include...Coos Bay, North Bend, Reedsport, Bandon, Port Orford, Gold Beach, Nesika Beach, Ophir, Brookings, Harbor and nearby communities.

* Impacts...Sensitive vegetation may be killed if left uncovered.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING ABOVE 1500 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow showers. Additional snow accumulations of a dusting to an inch with locally up to 2 inches.

* WHERE...Generally elevations near and above 1500 feet. This includes portions of Interstate 5 including Sexton Summit and from around Talent and Ashland southward. It also includes Jacksonville Hill on Highway 238 and Highway 199 at Hayes Hill and near the Oregon-California border.

* WHEN...Through 10 PM PST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be slow and difficult with areas of slippery, snow-covered roads. Wet, untreated surfaces could become icy as temperatures fall below freezing.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow showers. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches, with the highest amounts in the mountains above 4000 feet.

* WHERE...Eastern Douglas County Foothills and South Central Oregon Cascades. This includes Highway 58, Highway 62, Highway 138, Highway 230, and the cities of Union Creek, Toketee Falls, Crescent Lake, as well as Diamond Lake and Crater Lake.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be slow and difficult. Visibilities may be reduced by brief heavy snow and occasional blowing snow in exposed areas in higher terrain where winds are stronger.
