MEDFORD, Ore. -- Some Oregon Institute of Technology students are taking a real shot at an entrepreneurial competition.
They are among Southern Oregon students who present their inventions Friday in this year's "Invent Oregon" college-level competition for students entrepreneurs.
Students from Southern Oregon University, Oregon Institute of Technology and Klamath Community College are competing. The Invent Oregon program supports students with mentors, education and grants.
At Invent Oregon finals Friday, students complete for $30,000 in cash prizes.
