from sammich in ashland, thank you so much for being with us today. pleasure. and we have something that we're cooking up that is perfect for summertime. perfect for a lot of different dishes. we're doing a slaw dressing. zombie. and this is a lot of people order on the side just as an additional side. its that good and it's really simple. also, we start with some apple cider vinegar, and a couple of tablespoons of some mustard seeds. we let ours sit for a few days. okay. let the mustard seeds soak up the vinegar. it'll make it a little softer when it goes into the sauce. and then that's it. and it's going to thin out that mayonnaise. that's all? yes. and and the longer you let it sit, the more the flavors marry. literally took. yeah, maybe 20 seconds. that was it. that's perfect. just don't forget to marinate your mustard seeds. yeah, that's the main step. yeah. otherwise, it'll get pretty crunchy. yes, it will. and then you want to mix that as much as possible. that way you're at home, you can shred any vegetable you want. red cabbage, you can throw some carrots in there. if you're going to a picnic. you want to bring some awesome slaw. just yeah, any vegetable works. yeah. and if you're making this at home and you want to keep it in like a container or as long as your mayonnaise will last. we don't hold on to it very long because we sell it so much cause it's so delicious. and if you have leftover slaw dressing, that long. you're just gonna put some in there remember just put as much as you want. if you like it saucy go heavy on it. if you want to maintain some of that crunch from your a sandwich, say or burger, you know, whatever it is, should you have it a little saucier or we go saucy. so when you order your sandwich at sammich, you need to make sure that you preface it love sauce at sammich. we love it. let me put a little more in there. yeah, cuz i'll be making sure that this this is going to be for burgers over yeah on your burger. for breakfast. it's light enough. yeah, i want now i do too. there it is. yeah, thank you so much adam for in the kitchen.
