"here's a live look at the oregon coast from the port of brookings harbor. tonight: partly cloudy to mostly clear conditions will be experienced throughout the region tonight. the one exception will be the coast where clouds will blanket the area and patchy fog will remain mild bottoming out in the upper 50s to low 60s for our westside valleys and northern california communities with areas east of the cascades experiencing overnight lows in the mid to upper 40s. winds will become breezy this evening gusting up to 20 mph around the region. tomorrow: temperatures will heat up even further tomorrow. highs will climb into the lower 90s for many spots in our westside valleys. even areas east of the cascades will see temperatures get close to 90. inland areas will see sunny skies with a mix of sunshine and clouds near the oregon coast. expect winds to pick up for inland areas later in the day with gusts over 20 mph possible. extended: temperatures will cool just a bit this weekend. we'll see mostly sunny skies across most of the region. there is the possibility of a stray shower or thunderstorm east of the cascades later saturday. otherwise expect highs in the 80s for inland areas with 60s and 70s for highs along the coast. winds will be blustery in the late afternoon and early evening hours through the weekend for inland areas. the forecast is looking great for the jackson county fair. it definitely won't be as hot as what we saw last year at the fair. overall, temperatures will be pretty close to average for middle july through the midweek next week. hopefully you can enjoy some of the upcoming weather. festival will soon have an
