harvey "here's a live look at klamath falls." today: a cool start this morning will give way to another day of warm temperatures. highs will climb into the mid to upper 80s for westside valleys as well as into northern california; temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s are expected in the klamath basin. winds will really pick up into the afternoon ahead of a our next dry system. winds out of the northwest will climb to 20 mph, with gusts possible in excess of 30 mph. a gale warning remains in effect for coastal waters until 11 pm thursday. northerly gales up to 30 knots with gusts up to 40 knots are possible. expect extremely steep, wind-driven seas between 8-13 feet. it is highly are expected across the region tonight with gusty winds. overnight lows will be even cooler this evening, dropping into the mid 40s to and lower 40s. winds tonight will remain strong, gusting up to 30 mph. and friday will feature slightly cooler-than-average temperatures into the 70s throughout much of the region with abundantly sunny issued for klamath and lake counties from 2am - 8am friday. temperatures during this time will fall to harm or kill sensitive vegetation. take measures to protect any crops or sensitive vegetation you may have during the predawn hours of friday. southern chance of showers and storms moves in by early next week for the cascades and klamath basin. we'll keep you i'll keep tracking these conditions, and keep you updated to any changes. thanks, caitlin in a follow up... thousands of outraged
