"here's a live look at ashland from the oregon shakespeare festival. "here's a live look at the caveman bridge in grants pass from taprock northwest grill. "here's a live look at the oregon coast from the port of brookings harbor. tonight: any showers and thunderstorms we see develop this afternoon will fizzle out as we head into tonight.exp mostly cloudy skies and another night of mild temperatures. overnight lows will only drop into the 40s and 50s across the region. tomorrow: more seasonal temperatures will continue on friday with highs in the 60s and 70s across southern oregon and northern possible east of the cascades, mainly towards lake county and up around the crater lake area. a small craft advisory remains in effect until 5 am saturday. winds out of the north may gust up to 35 knots at times, leading to steep, wind-driven seas up seas warning remains in effect for coastal waters until 5 am friday for gusty winds and steep, wind-driven seas. extended: we're closely tracking a storm system for off dry through the morning and even midday hours, but do expect areas of rain to move in later in the day. saturday evening and night will be soggy with periods of rain, heavy at times too. because of the rain and clouds, temperatures will only top out in the 50s and washout, but showers and some thunderstorms will likely pop-up in the afternoon and evening. it will be warmer at least. next week will trend drier and warmer. hopefully you can enjoy some of the upcoming weather. thanks.
