"here's a live look at the oregon coast from the port of brookings harbor. tonight: the widespread rain and snowfall the region is experiencing today will turn more scattered for tonight. snow levels will be falling overnight down to 3,500' or so. some of our higher passes could see some slick spots as shower activity continues. temperatures tonight will be fairly chilly once again with the rogue valley and northern california experiencing lows in the mid 30s to low 40s overnight tonight. the klamath basin will continue to see cold overnight temperatures with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s. showers are expected to dot the coast and cascades into tuesday morning. the rogue valley will have the slight chance of a shower early on too. otherwise, expect some increased sunshine for the afternoon with milder temperatures across our region. clouds will be pretty stubborn throughout the entire day near the coast. highs tomorrow will climb into the lower 60s in our westside valleys with 50s for highs east of the cascades. along the coast, temperatures will only make it into the lower 50s. extended: temperatures will be climbing through midweek. skies will turn mostly sunny wednesday after a mix of sunshine and clouds in the morning. temperatures will climb into the 60s and 70s through most of the region. thursday is looking like the warmest day of the week with plenty of sunshine and likely our first time 70. on friday, a storm system looks to move in bringing the chance for showers and even a few thunderstorms. that system does look to move out for easter weekend. easter sunday is looking beautiful with lots of sunshine and pleasant temperatures for this time of the year. hopefully you can enjoy some of the upcoming weather. thanks.
