Widespread shower activity was the story on Saturday, but we are going to be seeing a beautiful Sunday coming up with temperatures in the upper 50s and low 60s with plenty of sunshine. This break on Sunday is going to be short lived as a sloppy system does look to impact the region on Monday.

meteorologist jeff donovan." temperatures will be chilly tonight and therefore frost will drop into the low to tonight as temperatures look folks seeing temperatures plummet into the teens tomorrow: sunshine and weekend before a sloppy system looks to impact the 50s to low 60s to wrap up the weekend. the klamath elevation snow to the region. a winter storm 4,000' can expect moderate to heavy snow during this time. accumulations are expected to be anywhere from 4-8" during the warning period. pass travel could be treacherous over snowmans summit on monday morning. even elevations around 3,500' in southern siskiyou county could see 2- 4" of accumulating snow monday morning. folks in the mount shasta city area and i-5 shasta valley from 11pm sunday - 11am monday. winds 25-35 mph can be expected during the advisory period. use caution in the shasta valley during this time. lingering impacting the area once again wednesday into thursday. temperatures cooler than average are expected next week. it does look like we dry out by next friday.
