at some of the weather around the region. otherwise, milder and brighter weather will develop across the region. it'll be rather sunny in the morning for the coast, northern california and the basin. sunshine will increase into the afternoon for westside valleys and up in the mountains. highs in the rogue valley will top out around 50 with 40s and 50s for higher in northern california and along the coast. for areas east of the this week, we'll see a nice warming trend and a stretch of dry weather right through st. patrick's day. highs will be climbing well into the 50s and 60s later this week, and especially, this weekend. the warmest day in the forecast will be next monday where we could see basin. we will closely be tracking the potential for more wet weather for the middle of next week. today -- governor kate brown will sign house bill 20-10 into law. hb 20-10 helps fund the oregon health plan and the state's reinsurance program to ensure oregonians temperatures making it into middle of next week.
