not been charged with a oregon and northern california this evening and down to 1,500' by friday morning, locally they could drop lower. most of the accumulating snow will occur above 1,500'. snow and gusty winds will make for poor travel conditions on both lower and higher passes and across siskiyou county and our eastside into the morning hours. lows tonight fall near freezing in our westside valleys with 20s in our higher elevations, the klamath basin, and northern califoia. a winter storm warning has been issued for western and southern siskiyou county above 3,000' where upwards of 1-2' of snow is expected and for expected until 10 am counties above 1,500' until 10 am saturday with 3-6"; lake of the woods and crater is expected; and in siskiyou county for elevations between 1,500' to 3,000' until 10 am saturday where 6- 12" of snow is expected. snow totals are totals between now and through saturday. tomorrow: the morning hours will be snowy we should see a lull in the activity by midday with snow levels rising to around 2,500' by the afternoon. levels will start dropping again with periods of heavy snow into friday night. snow levels will likely drop down elevations will see snowy conditions and difficult travel conditions. extended: saturday will be snowy with on and off snow showers continuing keeping road conditions dicey throughout saturday night with even lower snow levels possib. snow showers linger into our region by the middle of next week. to our website, kdrv dot com. the president is expected to sign the bill to keep all the
