hope. for today's veterans day parade and many stuck around go a short ceremont to celebrate and thank all veterans in klamath falls and across the country." nat pop flute plays it's been 64 years since president eisenhower officially made november 11-th veterans day. and 73 years since world war 2 ended, that's when helen johnson's father-in-law served. she was one of the many people who came to the parade and ceremony this morning. helen says: "i support everybody here they don't know who i am but i know some of them and i also have a take down helen two line please break here for my father-in-law and i always leave something here for him just to let them know that i was here and i love him and i missing him" and she did just that today. nat pop "okay dad" according to one of klamath county's commissioners, 12 percent of the county's population is veterans. that's compared to other counties across the nation at one to two percent. retired colonel karen johnson is honored to be one of them. karen says: "i'm so proud that i was able to to the same way helen says: "as falls, andryanna sheppard, happening in the weather
