non-profit organization ty riders motorcycle group shopped around walmart today and bought 100 coats of all sizes. originally they planned on spending 1000 dollars on coats. but thanks to walmart donating 500 and lithia ford donating 100, the group spent 1,600 dollars on coats in walmart. the rip city riders treasurer says these 100 coats will go a long way in the klamath basin. robbin says: "that's one of our missions, help kids here in the klamath basin. make sure they're warm this winter because it gets rather cold over here. below freezing a lot of times." there's still time to donate a new or gently used coats to any of our more than 50 drop off locations across jackson, josephine, and klamath counties. for the full list of sites, head to our website, kdrv dot
