with lows in the 40s, 50s along the coast. clear with colder temperatures east of the cascades and lows in the 30s. tomorrow: sunshine and warmer temperatures for much of the region tomorrow. some hazy skies are likely in the basin and in northern california. highs will climb into the 70s for much of inland southern oregon and northern california. the rogue valley could push 80. we'll see breezy conditions along the coast with highs in the 60s. extended: temperatures will remain warmer this week, but still remain below-average for the week ahead. we will see overall quiet weather under mostly sunny skies for much of the week. it looks like our next chance of rain could arrive friday along the coast, in the cascades, and possibly even in the rogue valley. much could change in the course of a week, but it is something we will be keeping an eye on. more cool weather expected behind that system for next weekend as we officially welcome fall. fire danger remains high and if any fires do spark, they could spread quickly. so hopefully, that will not impact your plans too much. one california teen is the definition of a good samaritan.
