MEDFORD -- With league races red hot, girls teams around Southern Oregon jockeyed for positioning, playing some of the most compelling basketball we've seen this season.

South Medford 79, Willamette 36

Panthers bounce back from North Medford loss with resounding 43-point win over the Wolverines.

Grants Pass 39, South Eugene 25

Lady Cavers allow just three points in the first half on the way to a low-scoring home win.
