Oregon Tech Men Shock Yotes, Earn Home Playoff Game Along With Women

KLAMATH FALLS—The Oregon Tech men’s and women’s basketball teams will be hosting first-round home playoff games during the upcoming Cascade Collegiate Conference postseason tournament.

The OIT men pulled off the upset of the season on Saturday with a 86-79 win over No. 4 College of Idaho. It gives the Owls the three seed and a date with six-seed Corban on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Despite a loss on Saturday to the Yotes, the OIT women are the four seed in the tournament and will host fifth-seeded College of Idaho on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
