SPOKANE, Wa. -- With Oregon's 83-69 win over Central Michigan in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Women's Basketball tournament, one quarter of the final eight teams remaining in the tournament come from the Beaver State.

Oregon State dispatched of Baylor in their second upset of the tournament on Friday and will take on powerhouse 35-2 Louisville in the Elite Eight at 9 a.m. Sunday morning.

In the tournament, Oregon State's story has been one of overcoming odds. Two of their three wins have been of the upset variety. As the No. 6 seed in their region, the Beavers have defeated No. 3 seed Tennessee and No. 2 seed Baylor in that order.

Meanwhile, the story for Oregon has been one of dominance against inferior competition. The Ducks have not been tested this tournament, thanks to a handful of upsets. They have played games against No. 15, 10, and 11 seeds in that order. They will get a much stiffer test when they take on No. 1 seed Notre Dame Monday night.

If each team can win over the next two days, they would collectively make up half the Final Four field.
