PHOENIX, Ore.-- Two separate crashes are causing congestion and back-ups on I-5 Tuesday afternoon, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).

The crashes are on the southbound side, between Medford and Phoenix. All lanes are open, but the response to both crashes has resulted in heavy traffic in the area. ODOT says to expect delays between Medford and Talent or Ashland until the backup clears.
