TALENT, Ore. — The owners of a trailer in Talent came home on Friday afternoon to find their home was a total loss following a fire that burned through the building on Arnos Road.

Fire officials on the scene confirmed that no people were home when the fire broke out, but three dogs were inside. The flames took fire crews 30 minutes to contain, and only two of the dogs could be accounted for once firefighters were able to enter. All three are believed dead.

Fire crews don't know at this time what started the fire, but it was believed to have started on the front porch or near the front of the home. Flames engulfed the trailer in a matter of minutes.

There have reportedly been two other mobile home fires in the same area within the last five years. One of those fires resulted in a death.
