MEDFORD, Ore -- Sometimes all we need is a little help to get us by.

At the Table Rock Food Pantry in Medford, the volunteers there are doing just that.

"We are all food and clothing. We are all volunteers. No one is paid here people can come in and everything is free,” said Celia Ashby, coordinator for the food pantry.

The pantry is run all by volunteers and relies on donations to serve the Rogue Valley.

The volunteers can come and go as they please. They do have to pass a background check before volunteering.

People like Paul Strehlow, knows how important it is to have a community that will always be there for you.
"They help supply food for my family when we needed to get by," said Strehlow.

The pantry is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
They are in need of donations and you can drop off food or clothes to the Table Rock Food Pantry.

The address is 2990 N Pacific Hwy, Medford, OR 97501

The phone number is (541) 245-2612
