ASHLAND, Ore. — The 2020 football schedule for the Southern Oregon University Raiders has been officially set and finalized. The most drastic change: a reduction in games from ten games to an eight-game schedule starting on Septemeber 12.

Each team in the conference will have four home games and four road games. A conference-wide bye week is set for October 10.

The Raiders will open and close their season against rival Eastern Oregon. SOU will start the season on the road against the Mountaineers on September 12th. The first home game of the season for the Raiders will be in week two, with Rocky Mountain College coming into town on September 19th for a 7 pm night game at Raider Stadium. A full schedule is available at the bottom of this article.

The NAIA said they plan to move forward with a 16-team playoff starting on November 21 with the championship game set for December 19 in Grambling, Louisiana.

Under the NAIA's return-to-play plans, all teams can begin open practices on August 15, but the entirety of the season requires on at least half of all universities to get clearance from local health authorities to resume play.
