GRANTS PASS, Ore. -- The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety said a robbery at knifepoint happened at the Baskin Robbins at 11:30 p.m. Saturday in Grants Pass. This is the Baskin Robbins at 300 Union Ave.
Sgt. Gaunt said a white male around the age of 20-25 entered the business and approached the front counter. The suspect is described as 5'8" to 5'10". Police said he has short blond hair and a medium build.
The suspect demanded money. The employee removed an undisclosed amount of money from the register and gave it to the suspect. The suspect ran out of the store.
The suspect will be charged with Robbery and Menacing.
Police arrived two minutes after they got the call. The area was checked and the suspect was not found. Anyone with information should call the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety at 541-450-6260.
