Roasted Beet Salad

Start the salad with a basic vinaigrette salad dressing made up of the following:
- 2 freshly scrapped vanilla beans
- 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Little bit of honey
- Little bit of whole ground mustard
Shake up the ingredients until well mixed
To make roasted beets coat red and gold beets in olive oil/sea salt and pepper. Roast at 450 degrees for an hour.
To assemble salad place roasted beets on a bed of baby arugula. Add blue cheese crumble and roasted hazelnuts. Then drizzle the basic vinaigrette all over the salad.
