REDDING, Calif. – Redding Police arrested a man for attempted murder and arson after they said he set a woman on fire outside City Hall on Sunday.
The suspect was identified Monday morning as 39-year-old Brent Serrano, of Redding. Police said he had several outstanding warrants for his arrest.

Officers located the victim and discovered she had significant burns to parts of her body. She was then transported to the hospital where she is still being treated.
