Pacific Power Reports Power Outage in Ashland

Pacific Power is reporting a power outage affecting 78 people in Ashland. This is being reported on North Valley View Road.

ASHLAND, Ore. --

10:35 a.m.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says the power outage was caused by the lid of a trailer. Crews say the truck was driving when the wind forced the lid up, causing it to snag a couple power lines. 

They say no one was injured during this. 

According to Pacific Power's website, power is still out in the area.
