GRANTS PASS, Ore. —
UPDATE: One suspect is in custody and another on the loose related to the armed robbery at the Circle K store in Grants Pass in January.
"Through further follow-up and investigation, Ethan Riley was developed as a suspect in the incident," the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety (GPDPS) said in a statement.
Around 11:45 a.m. on January 28, officers saw Riley riding in the passenger seat of a vehicle as it pulled out of the Red Lion motel. Pulling the car over, the officers took Riley into custody without incident, GPDPS said.
20-year-old Riley has been lodged in the Josephine County Jail on a Robbery 1 charge and an outstanding warrant in Jackson County.
Investigators came to believe that the other subject during the robbery was 18-year-old Justin Glenn. However, Glenn's whereabouts remain unknown, and detectives are hoping that the public can give them assistance in locating him.

INITIAL REPORT: Police in Grants Pass are seeking information after two men threatened a convenience store clerk with a handgun when he confronted them about stealing beer.
It was just before 4 a.m. on Friday morning when two men entered the Circle K store next to the Union 76 gas station at 1995 NE 6th Street, according to the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety (GPDPS).
Taking beer from the refrigerator, the two men were seen trying to leave the store without paying, GPDPS said. When the store clerk confronted the two men, one of them drew a handgun and pointed it at the clerk.
Investigators believe that the two men then fled the scene on foot, headed south. When officers arrived on the scene, they checked the area and contacted several people nearby — however, neither of the men were found. Their whereabouts remain unknown.
The incident remains under investigation, GPDPS said, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact detectives at 541-450-6260.
