ASHLAND, Ore. The Oregon Shakespeare Festival will continue selling new and used costumes throught he month of October at the Ashland Artisan Emporium.
OSF started selling costumes earlier this week, they have sold more than 120 costumes and had to restock seven times since then. People are allowed to come in and try on the costumes before purchasing one.
If the demand for costumes is still high at the end of October, OSF is hoping to continue selling costumes in person on a regular basis.
Costumes are kept through an inventory, which costume business manager, Heather Debey, was able to go through and figure out what costumes and head pieces could be up for sale. Some costumes were extras that were never used or worn. Other used costumes will include a tag on the inside that says which play and actor/actress that wore the costume.
All costumes will be $50 dollars or less with a treasure box filled with miscellaneous items for only $2.
OSF is set up inside the Ashland Artisans Emporium at: The Ashland Shopping Center, 1670 Ashland St, Ashland, OR 97520
