KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — The Klamath Falls community will soon have a new grocery store in town. Natural Grocers says that its new location opens in the Southern Oregon city in two weeks.
"Family-run Natural Grocers was built on the premise that consumers should have access to affordable, high-quality foods and dietary supplements, along with nutrition knowledge to help support their own health," the company said.
The new location is at 2800 S 6th Street, and will open at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15. The company says that this is its 14th store in the state of Oregon.
Customers lined up before the store opens that day will be eligible to enter the sweepstakes by submitting an entry form at the store between 7:30 and 8:25 a.m. A drawing will be held at 9:00 a.m. and nine winners will get Natural Grocers gift cards ranging from $10 to $100 per week for six months.
"It pays to be first! The first 100 customers will receive a free gift bag containing a breakfast recipe, all the ingredients to make the recipe and a Natural Grocers kitchen set with an oven mitt and utensils," the company said.
Other opening day activities include samples of gluten-free muffins for the first hour after opening, an ice cream social in the evening, and vendor demonstrations throughout the store all day.
