Lewiston, Idaho--- The Medford Mustangs used a big 6th inning to get past Idaho Falls, 6-3.
Medford moves to 2-0 in the American Legion Northwest Regional Tournament.
Medford and Idaho Falls bounced back and forth. They headed into the 6th inning tied 3-3. Medford loaded the bases, and then two big hits from Even McLennan and Dylan Marsh brought in three runs.
The Mustangs survived the last two innings without giving up any runs.
Medford now will play Bozeman. That game will be played Friday, at 3:30 p.m.
