MEDFORD, Ore. -- The Medford School District (MSD) wants to hear from the community. Dr. Bret Champion held a community meet and greet at North Medford High School Wednesday evening.
The 2019-2020 school year is Dr. Champion's first year as the MSD superintendent. Part of his entry plan is to talk to as many people as possible within the MSD community so he can learn more about the district's strengths, weaknesses, and areas that could use improvement.
"It is important to remember that our schools, the Medford School District, is a public school system," Dr. Champion added. "It's critical that we understand what the needs are for this particular community."
The MSD is holding another meet and greet Tuesday, October 29 at Medford School District auditorium from 5:15-6:30pm
If you can't make it to that event, you can also submit your thoughts through a survey on the district's website.
