MEDFORD, Ore.-- Medford Police need your help finding Ira Dean Carney (aka Frank Gallagher).
He is 59 years old and 5’6”.
Police believe he stole two new trucks from Crater Lake Ford.
Both trucks have been recovered.
They believe the suspect may be camping on the north end of the city or staying in a motel.
MPD says they've arrested Carney many times.
He is currently on parole for Burglary and Car Theft.
