MEDFORD, Ore.-- Medford Fire-Rescue is looking into what caused a small barn-shed fire Friday afternoon.

The barn, located behind a home, caught on fire off Judy Way in Medford.

That's near Griffin Creek Elementary.
Officials say they were able to attack it quickly.

Firefighter Justin Fish says, "Any fire has a potential risk of spread, but today this fortunately didn't spread to any other buildings, land, etc. Due to quick activation of 911, we were able to have a quick response to the incident.”

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
