Residents Want Safety In Liberty Park Neighborhood

"My children have grown, I have grandchildren in their twenties, so the park is of no use to them now. So, is it going to take another 20 years for a sidewalk or a stop sign?" The Liberty Park neighborhood has been promised improvements for years. We learned what residents are hoping to see and the reasons they are not optimistic that the changes will ever be made.

MEDFORD, Ore.--Improvements needed in a blighted area of Medford are the focus of the City of Medford.

The city listened to the community about what they want to see happen to improve Liberty Park using funds from the Urban Renewal Agency.
