Late-Night Crash Near Merlin Under Investigation

Rescue crews arrived to find the roadway completely blocked by the shattered vehicles.

MERLIN, Ore. — Three people are in the hospital after a late-night crash in Merlin on Merlin Road near Allman Way. Rural Metro Fire (RMF) responded around 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday night.

Rescue Crews arrived to find the roadway completely blocked by the shattered vehicles, according to RMF. Three occupants were brought to the hospital with "moderate injuries."

There were no law enforcement units available to respond, according to RMF. At this time the cause of the crash remains unknown.
