MURPHY, Ore. -- Police are investigating a shooting that resulted in one man with serious injuries.
Oregon State Police says troopers responded to a call on Thursday night at around 10:30pm to the Murphy area.
When Troopers arrived at the Circle K in Murphy they found a male victim with serious, but none life threatening injuries. He was taken to a local hospital in Jackson County for treatment.
Police say detectives identified 29 year old Terence Daley as a suspect. Daley was arrested and taken to the Josephine County Jail on Attempted Murder, Assault 1, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Felon in Possession of a Weapon.
Police did not release any other information.
