MEDFORD, Ore. -- NewsWatch 12's Gio Insignares is 'In the Kitchen' with Sherry's Pasta for a look at a jalapeno pasta.
One Pot Jalapeno Pasta Primavera; Serving 2-3
1 Box (1/2) lb of Sherry’s Pasta Jalapeno Fettuccine
1 tub of By George Jalapeno cream cheese
Handful of Broccoli Rabi & Little Bok Choy leaves chopped well, from Barking Moon Farm
1 large carrot, shaved by using a peeler in to long peels
Pepper & Siracha Lime Sesame Salt from Vital Salts
Terra Sol Spicy micro greens for garnish
- Boil Water add salt if you’d like. When water boils, add pasta, broccoli Rabi, and the Bok Choy leaves into the pot. Stir and time 1.5 minutes leaving your temp on High.
- In large bowl add cheese, raw shaved carrots. Strain veges and pasta, add to bowl and toss till all the cheese is melted.
- Serve into 2-3 bowls and top with Micro greens, Vital Salts to taste & pepper.
