CENTRAL POINT, Ore. -- The 39th Annual Jackson County Spring Garden Fair, put on by the Master Gardner Association, was full of local gardeners for opening day.
Hundreds of vendors provided thousands of different plants, landscaping essentials, and lawn care equipment for locals to buy. The expo is an excellent way for community members to buy from local businesses.
"This is our 12th year coming to this event," said Tony Davis with Quail Run Farm, "it's a huge boost, we call it our Black Friday weekend."
Davis says the revenue from the annual Garden Fair pays for most of their spring start-up costs.
The last day for the Jackson County Spring Garden Fair is May 6th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $3.00. Children ages 12 and younger are free.
