GOLD Hill, Or-- Rogue River Fire District and Josephine County Sheriff's Office are investigating a car fire.
Last night around 9 pm the fire district responded to a call of a car fire on the 3500 block of North River Road. When crews arrived they found a Honda Accord on fire. They quickly put it out. The fire did not spread or cause any other damage.
The fire department says, "the car was parked in a wooded area that frequently is used as a make shift homeless camp."
When crews got a closer look at the car they saw components were stripped like the tires. It was not in running condition. Rogue River Fire and Josephine County Sheriff's Office say it appears to be intentionally set on fire.
