33-year-old suspect Justin Lee Graham-Yaeger pleaded not guilty in court this week after being charged with murder, aggravated murder, and burglary in the first degree. If found guilty, he could face the death penalty.

UPDATE: Police are calling the death of a woman at the Tiki Lodge in Medford on Friday morning a "homicide," after investigation of the scene led to a suspect in custody.
The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Sierra Bree Clemens. Clemens is from Grass Valley, California and next of kin have been notified.
Officers found Clemens in the bathroom, along with as evidence of a "violent disturbance." Additional officers responded and began checking the area, with the aid of police K9 Kylo.
Kylo led officers to a dumpster behind a business in the 500 block of N. Bartlett Street, where they found a man hiding in the dumpster. He was arrested after sustaining a bite wound from the police dog, MPD said. His name is not being released at this time.
The crime scene included the path the suspect would have taken from the motel room to the dumpster where he was found. Detectives are continuing to investigate the case and we do not believe any other suspects are outstanding.
