Information Needed: Grants Pass Woman Missing

The Josephine County Sheriff's Office is looking for 38 year old Neva Mae McConnell who was last seen Thanksgiving morning.

GRANTS PASS, Ore.- The Josephine County Sheriff's Office is looking for 38 year old Neva Mae McConnell of Grants Pass. Her case number is 17001772.

If you have any information, you're asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 541-474-5123 or calling 911 if you contact Neva. 

Neva is 5’9” and weighs 140 pounds. She has blue eyes and blonde hair. Her car is a 1995 Ford F150 4x4 extra cab pickup truck with Oregon plate: 169EDG

**The truck is blue and white in color with a tool box in the back. The truck was towing a white slant load horse trailer**

This is information from the Sheriff's Office Press Release:

McConnell left her residence on Thursday November 23rd at approx.10:00am. She was driving the blue and white 1995 Ford F150 pickup pulling the white horse trailer. McConnell was travelling with 3 Chihuahuas, but there were no animals in the horse trailer. McConnell was travelling to Powers Oregon to visit family members. At this time it is unknown the route she was going to be driving. In past trips to Powers, McConnell would drive interstate 5 and take the Dillard exit. She would then travel onto Brockway road taking her to Hwy 42. Travelling on Hwy 42 to Coos Bay and then to Powers.


Cellphone services are no longer active on McConnell’s phone and her location at this time is unknown. Family members are also searching the area from Grants Pass to Coos Bay.


The attempt to locate has been sent to all Oregon Law Enforcement agencies.
