Pumpkin pasta with apples and sausage
Ingredients:

! box of Sherry’s Pasta pumpkin pasta. ½ lb.
2 apples peeled and cut up into bite sized pieces
2 Sausage links cooked and cut up into bite size pieces. Johnsonville Irish o garlic are great
Gorgonzola cheese
Butter
Vege Broth
Parsley
Boil water in saucepan
Put ½ stick of butter in larger frying pan with higher sides
Melt and add the apples and cook till soft and brown, add sausage and sauté till warm.
When water is a full boil add pasta stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add about 1 cup of veggie broth to frying pan so as to make more sauce.
Pick pasta out with tongs and add to frying pan. Toss and break up some gorgonzola with hands about ¼ cup and toss all together.
Add parsley on top and serve.
Feeds about 2-3 adults
Sourdough pasta with fresh verges and chicken
Ingredients:
1 box of Sherry’s Pasta llc sourdough pasta
2 cups of fresh green beans and par boil for 3 minutes then rinse in cold water, drain.
1 large yellow or red pepper chopped
1 bunch of scallions chopped
1 pkg of boneless, skinless thighs.
Teriyaki Sauce, fresh garlic cloves
By George Feta cheese
Olive oil
Pour teriyaki sauce and peeled garlic over chicken till it comes up half way in small baking dish. Make sure all is coated. Cook in over for 35 minutes at 375 then take out to cool
Boil water in saucepan.
In large frying pan with sides add about 3Tbs of olive oil and the veggies.
Cook on med to soften them.
Cut up chicken into strips and add to veggies.
When water boils add the sourdough and cook for 4 minutes. Put veggies and chicken on low to simmer,
Take pasta out with tongs and add to veggies. Toss
Add a handful of feta cheese broken apart, Mix well and add parsley on top to garnish. Serve
Feeds about 3 adults.
