- 2 cups of Pineapple Tumeric Kombucha
- 2 cups of pineapple juice, chilled
- 2 teaspoons of Ginger People ginger juice
- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
- 2 cups of lime flavored sparkling water, chilled
- 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon ofginger powder
1) In a serving pitcher, combine kombucha, pineapple juice, ginger juice, lime juice, and sparkling water.
2) On a small plate, combine the coconut sugar and ginger powder.
3) Rub the rims of 6 glasses with lime. Dip the rims in the ginger-sugar mixture. Fill with ice and the mock-arita mix.
