Welcome back. We are joined in the kitchen by Dennis from Wayback burgers. Thank you for being with us today. Thank you for having me. Now My mouth is salivating because we have this beautiful burger right here in front of us. Walk us through some of the steps that you did to create this masterpiece.
Okay, this is our cheeeesy burger you have to pronounce all four E’s. thats required. And It's called that because it's got four pieces of cheese Wow. two patties and Inside Out bun. Wow. When people look at it and they think it's sourdough bread but the secret with this is we butter the inside of it. And grill it that way put the cheese on the outside. And so when it goes together You have the inside out bun. interesting, but it's really good. It's really buttery and really cheesy. Yeah, yeah, for I would have we sell a ton of them. People love them. Yeah, this looks fantastic. And so for. It looks like these are pretty thin patties is that kind of like a smash burger? all our meat is fresh. It comes in a little puck. Okay, put it on the grill. We sear it for 15 seconds, flip it over and flatten it out. We have a tool It has little legs. So when it hits all four legs, it's the right thickness. Yeah. And then it makes a real juicy burger.
Sure. Yes, definitely. And not well, two patties it's not too much to bite into this looks really manageable. So with a burger. I'm seeing something that's lacking here on this plate Dennis and that is french fries. Well, but you are here to the rescue.
I'm here to the rescue. Because one of our most popular fries. Yes. our bacon cheese fries. Okay, We'll start out with a plate of our fries. Salted. Okay. we add melted cheese. Oh, we add shredded cheese rather. Okay. we add chopped bacon, melt the cheese. Then it gets topped with sliced green onions. Okay. The green onion on here. And after the cheese is melted the bacon is melted with it and green onions on. We drizzle it with ranch dressing. Beautiful.
We sell a ton of those. wonderful so this shredded cheese is that just like a? shredded cheddar jack. Okay cheddar jack and then Is this something where you put the cheese on and the bacon then throw it in the oven? Yes you can do it that way. We have a little cheese melter. But I'd use the broiler part of your oven, It doesn't take very long. Yeah, you just want to get it melted. You don't necessarily want to brown it but if you do, it's okay. Yeah. And then the bacon is cooked and, sliced up ahead of time.
Okay, great. So just take your fries, melt that cheese with that pre cooked bacon and then put all these beautiful toppings on it. And there it is. wonderful. You got the burger. You got the fries, everything you need. This is great for maybe your next summer cookout and then yes, the Caramel Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake that we have the recipe for that on our website as well. Dennis, Thank you so much a full beautiful meal. loved having you today. Thank you for being here, and you can find this and more on our website KDRV.com
