This season is giving us unique obstacles to learn. It has helped with self-reflection and focusing on the true priorities of what matters most. It is healthy to look within on how we are handling these every day stressors and take responsibility for ourselves even more so.
Here are a few tips and mantras I utilize every day to keep my perspective and energy towards positive. Ask yourself, " What do you want to remember about this season?" Time with family, cooking, playing, walking, fishing, dance parties.. Choose JOY - kids are watching how we manage these hard times.
Operating under fear is not healthy. Fear happens when you direct your energy towards what you don’t want.
When we focus on what we lack we lose what we have.
but when we focus on what we have we gain what we lack
