semi-soft: Dutch double cream gouda
semi-hard: Vermont smoked cheddar
blue: Wisconsin Blue Jay, creamy blue with juniper berries.

Phillippe The Baker baguette, home-made in Ashland but sold at Oregon Cheese Cave every saturdays

plain gluten crackers
