NewsWatch 12's Alicia Rubin is with Sherry's Pasta with a look at spicy sourdough pasta.
- 2 Pkgs of Sherry’s Pasta Sourdough
- Olive oil
- 8oz pkg of Sherry’s Pasta Chimichurri Sauce
- About 4-5 cut up radishes
- Cut up 1 bunch of sorrel
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- ½ cup mayo
- Pickled Onions for garnish
Bring pot of water to a boil and add Sherry’s Pasta Sourdough. Boil for 3- 4 minutes. Taste to see if it’s to your liking. Strain and run cold water over noodles to cool off. Strain and toss with olive oil, enough to coat. Put pasta in container and leave in the fridge to cool down completely. Cut up radishes in large slices. Finely chop shallots. Chop sorrel loosely. Mix radishes, shallots and sorrel in a large bowl. Add cold pasta, chimichurri sauce and mayo in with vegetables and toss until coated. Add pickled onions on top and serve.
