Sherry’s Pasta llc Chipotle Pasta Recipe 7/27/2018
Serving 2-4

Ingredients:
1 box of Sherry’s Pasta llc Chipotle flavored
3 ears of fresh corn cup off the cob = Bingham Farms
3 chopped up peppers
1 onion chopped= Sunspirit Farms
2 cloves of garlic chopped up well= Sunspirit Farms
¾ cup of whipping cream
½ lb of cut up carne aside= Peter Salant Ranch
Handful of Morels chopped= Louie the Mushroom guy at market
¼ cup of chopped up sea beans = Louie the Mushroom guy
2 Tbs butter
Handful of Tera Sol Micro Greens for the top decoration

In saucepan melt the butter then add the Carne Asade and cook for 2 minutes on med heat. Add the onions, garlic, peppers, morels, and corn. Continue to cook on med and stir.

Boil a pot of water with some salt added. When boiling, add chipotle pasta and boil for 1- 1 ½ minutes. Drain and save ¼ cup-1/2 cup of pasta water and add to the saucepan. Heat then add the pasta to the pan of goodies. Heat and add ¾ cup of whipped cream stir and serve. © TM
