ASHLAND, Ore. -- The Ashland dispensary, House of Leaves, was broken into early Saturday morning, just after one of their busiest shopping days of the season.

We talked to the manager who closed the night before the burglary.

"He scouted the building out and actually sat there for a few hours, so the car was there. He was definitely waiting for me to leave," said Mylissa Walker, who says security footage shows her leaving in her car just minutes before the burglar arrived.

The case is still under investigation but surveillance cameras were able to catch a blurry picture of the suspect. We also know that he was driving a dark colored SUV.

An unknown amount of product was taken but he left behind iPads, change in the cash register, and a broken window that now has to be replaced.

Walker said that what he stole cost less than the cost of the broken window.

"We had so many items and glass but he didn’t even hesitate towards any of that, he went straight to where he thought he would get product," said Walker.

She said the burglar was wearing a mask, gloves and was carrying a sledgehammer.

House of Leaves is offering a $500.00 reward for anyone that has information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the burglar.
