MEDFORD, Ore. -- Tai Chi can be used as a form of meditation and can help reduce gray matter in our brain.

Gray matter is something in your brain that can decrease your cognition as you get older.

For example, most people with dementia have a lot of gray matter.

It can help with stress and anxiety as well.
