Health Alert: Managing Dry Indoor Air

NewsWatch 12's Kate Houston and Kristin Filer talk about how to manage dry indoor air as the cold temperatures come along.

The cold dry air is here, and for some people, it can cause some sinus issues.

Providence Medford Medical Center's Kristin Filer says some things you can us to help you is

  • make sure your air is clean
  • use an air purifier
  • have indoor temperature set between 65-75 degrees
  • get an air humidifier (keep humidity in the room at 45% +/- 10)
