GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A Roseburg man is now in jail after police in Grants Pass say he tried to lure two minor girls into sex via the internet.
Detectives with the Grants Pass Police Department traveled up to Roseburg on Thursday to locate Ernest Dwayne Langford Jr. Roseburg patrol officers and detectives helped the Grants Pass team find Langford Jr., interview him, and book him into the Douglas County Jail.
According to GPPD, Langford Jr. contacted two minor females over the internet and tried to lure them into having sex. He's been charged with two counts of Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the First Degree and two counts of Luring a Minor.
